Terms & conditions
Effective date: August 21, 2026
Welcome to I TRUST GOD — What About YOU? By accessing or using itrustgodwhataboutyou.com, purchasing our products, submitting custom artwork, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products & services
We may offer apparel, accessories, DTF transfers, custom printing, custom designs, digital artwork services, bulk merchandise, organizational orders, and other faith-based products and services.
Product availability, designs, pricing, colors, sizes, materials, and specifications may change without notice.
Customer accounts
Customers are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Orders & payment
Payment is required according to the terms displayed during checkout or stated in an approved custom-order invoice.
An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, artwork concerns, technical errors, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Custom designs & DTF printing
Customers may be permitted to upload logos, photographs, graphics, text, artwork, or other materials for printing.
By submitting artwork, you represent that you own the material or have all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights to reproduce and use it for the requested products.
Customers are responsible for the legality and authorization of submitted artwork.
We may decline artwork that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights, violates law, contains prohibited material, or is otherwise inappropriate for our services.
Artwork quality
Customers are responsible for supplying suitable artwork unless they purchase design, cleanup, vectorization, or artwork-preparation services from us.
Low-resolution images may result in reduced print quality. Colors displayed on screens may differ from the finished printed product.
Proof approval
Certain custom orders may require digital proof approval.
Once a customer approves a proof, production may begin. The customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, artwork, colors, placement, sizing, quantities, and other details before approval.
Changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and production delays.
Intellectual property
The I TRUST GOD — What About YOU? name, original logos, graphics, designs, website content, photographs, branding, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Returns & custom products
Because personalized products, custom apparel, custom DTF transfers, and made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for an individual customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of customer preference, incorrect size selection, or approved artwork.
If we make a verified production error or you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from a particular order will be limited as provided by applicable law and these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version and effective date will be posted on the Website.
