Processing times

Processing times vary depending on the product.

• Ready-to-ship merchandise: estimated processing time is displayed where applicable (typically 2–4 business days).
• DTF transfers: production begins after artwork requirements are satisfied.
• Custom apparel: production begins after required artwork/proof approval and payment.
• Bulk orders: production schedules are provided with your quote or order confirmation.

Transit time

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in an approved custom/bulk-order quote where stated.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers receive tracking information after the order has shipped. You can also view order status in your account dashboard.

Incorrect addresses

Customers should verify shipping information before submitting an order. Additional shipping or handling charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address.

Lost or damaged packages

If an order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and merchandise and contact us promptly.

Carrier investigations may be necessary for packages reported lost or damaged in transit.

International shipping

International shipping may be offered to eligible destinations. Customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.
